    A note to add to the report above: This pot hole is around 2m x 3m big, with a raised side and it is growing steadily, with other smaller pot holes around it. It has been caused predominantly by huge lorries rat-running (fast) down Blandford Avenue from the Sunderland Road entrance down to Woodstock Road, as directed by their satnavs. It is a hazard for cars, bicycles and pedestrians. It has been there for over a year at least and needs to be fixed. Thank you.

    These huge defects outside my house are a massive hazard to cyclists (including me) due both to the holes themselves and the associated spray of debris. This is an urgent problem

    In the meantime we will repair any potholes that reach our intervention levels
