Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Once again this manhole cover has sunk and become very noisy when traffic crosses it worse when it is large HGV vehicles as the ground and our houses shakes, the noise is very loud and is constant day and night 24/7. Please can you get Thames water to reset manhole correctly and do a repair that will last more than a few months. Thank you.

  • Drain cover just becoming more unstable and noise louder, what happens when cover becomes dislodged causing an accident. Please can someone take responsibility and get the drain made safe.

  • Re your note - (please note it will not be sent to the council). Weather they receive the information or not, nothing gets done I am sure if the problem was any where near their properties it would soon be fixed. Who ever is responsible for repairing and making safe the carriageway please do so, and this time do the job properly.
