Redact

The trees and the land as you enter Exeter Court OX118UH have not been managed or maintained for years and are becoming dangerous. The branches have become fragile and once they are full of leaves are quite likely to break and fall on houses, cars or people. There is also saplings growing on the land. The bin men have dumped two green bins on the land also which they use to collect food waste in the area which is not ideal with the rat problem.
