Large pothole/ road subsidence.

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category anonymously at 00:36, Sat 1 May 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

As you get to the Littlemore roundabout before travelling on the A4142 towards Heyford Hill, there is an area of the road that is subsiding. It’s been reported by numerous people over a period of three years, yet nothing has been done about it. It’s getting much wider and deeper. This is a major road around the city and is used by a very large volume of traffic everyday. This hole needs urgent attention. Not only is this going to affect car tyres, it’s a danger to motorcyclist especially at night. Please would you look at this with urgency now, before it gets deeper and causes major disruption when repairs are done.

  • Getting deeper by the day and wider ! It’s absolutely crazy that this is just being ignored. This is on a major road around the city, NOT some side road.! The longer highways leaves this, the more expensive and longer it will take to repair.
