The sequence of traffic causing massive queue in headley way while trying to turn in JR hospital

Ever since the mini roundabout in Headley way outside JR hospital replace by the traffic light control junction, turning right into the hospital in the morning rush hour when coming from London road side end of headley way is a nightmare. As only other set of or even other two sets of green light come with right turn green light into the JR, and on top of that, there is a pedestrian crossing traffic light right in front of it, so the consequences is when finally the cars have priory to turn right into JR after very long wait, if pedestrians crossing light is been used, then cars would be stopped by the pedestrian light. So the queues is so long ever since the change. Monday 26th April, I was queuing from headington girl school, all the way to the hospital at 7.20am. Can someone adjust the traffic light sequence to either have more frequent ‘turn right’ priority green light or at least coordinate with pedestrian traffic light, so the pedestrian light won’t stop cars to turn right when finally the cars ‘turn right light’ is on. It’s so frustrating when you try to get into the hospital to work in the morning. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Thank you for your recent report. An Engineer has checked the operation of the signals and found them to be working as intended and without any current faults. The junctions operation is however due to be revalidated later this year and we will pass on your observations to the team carrying out the works .
