In Godstow Road, Upper Wolvercote, Oxford is a bus stop called Goose Green Close. The eastbound stop at Goose Green Close has a shelter at about SP49510998.

The wall of this shelter has been entirely unglazed for more than a year. I reported it in February 2020, but Oxford City Council refused to reglaze the shelter, saying it had no money. Then the 2019–20 financial year ended, but the City Council chose not to reglaze the shelter in the 2020–21 financial year either.

Now that year has also ended, and the 2021–22 financial year has begun. The City Council has no acceptable excuse for neglecting this shelter and its long-suffering users for a third year running. It should reglaze this bus shelter immediately.
