Lump of concrete attached to kerb on the bridge
Reported via desktop anonymously at 20:58, Tue 27 April 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
Right on the peak of the bridge southbound there is a lump of concrete attached to the kerb and sticking out to the road by around 8 inches. You only see it as you reach the top of the bridge and need to swerve slightly to miss it. If yo were to hit it there would be damage to your wheel or tyre. Especially dangerous for cyclist who would have to move to the middle of the lane
