Quiet lane Status

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Since this time last year the use of this road by pedestrians has increased hugely. There is no footway and whilst generally motorists are considerate there are exceptions. I think this stretch would qualify for quiet lane status to improve safety and driving habits. Is it possible to apply for this status?
