Light no 5 will be in the wrong place soon

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is currently building work at this spot and lamp number 5 will be in the middle of a new road into the site. My suggestion is that when the lamp has to be moved it is simply moved to the other side of the Oxford Road which now has a pavement and is heavily shaded by big trees. The same area of road would be illuminated and the pavement would be safer at night.
