Blocked road-drain opposite #61 Southend, OX44 9DJ

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Much water running freely from uphill nr 47 Southend into the drain by 61 Southend, which is blocked by mud and leaves. Any rain will exacerbate. The running water and blocked drain have been apparent for at least 2 weeks. Thank you.
