This pit is over 15 cm which has been here for over a year and caused a lot of problems. Damaged two cars already when trying to drive across it to private parking space.

  • From the photo it seems that the full height kerb and verge are being driven over to a private access. the property owner will need to apply for a dropped access extension, or stop driving over the full height kerb here, or else they may be liable for damage to the footway or kerbs on the area not designed as access.
