Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
But have ignored the drain cover in the fore ground. One could be forgiven for thinking that the CC are too focussed on job cards.....

I had hoped that the drain cover would be re-seated and that the drain might have been cleared - too much to hope! Drain cover re-seated, but the drain has not been cleared. It would appear that the County Council are not doing anything at all about the blocked drain in Chipping Norton......of which there are many!
