Extensive and deep ruts from the top of Barton Village Road till half way down where the newer surface is less damaged

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category by Daniel Gee at 19:58, Friday 16 April 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Barton Village Road is severely rutted due primarily to heavy bus traffic on roads not designed for such heavy vehicles. The road surface in the upper half of the road has needed repairs 4x times in the 10 years we have lived here. Reduced, or single decker bus traffic would alleviate the problem. Meanwhile, the road is in seriously bad repair.
