Outside 9 Stokes Place is a drain that overflow as soon as it rains or snows - it has been doing it all winter. Water flowing down the tarmac - can make sections icy or just wet. It continues down to where the lane becomes a path and is undercutting the tarmac making the edge very dangerous for catching your wheel (especially if covered by leaves). The grit and dirty erode also ends up in the stream/ditch and has pretty much blocked the culvert under the path. Water has had to be diverted into the field to avoid flooding the garden of the house at the bottom by the ring road. Ditch at the edge of the ring road is silted up. Waterjet of the upper drains might help reduce the surface water damaging the cycle path.
