Resident continues to pile earth on to her verge, narrowing the carriageway near a dangerous corner. Problem has been repeatedly reported to police and Highways Authority but no action is ever taken. Parking on road has increased during covid and a big increase in traffic is proposed in a planning application to build 70-room residential student accommodation.
