Massive hole in grass verge left by Thames water in 2018

Reported via desktop in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 10:25, Friday 9 April 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Thames water dug a big hole to make a connection and road crossing to Carterton manor. It has been reported to them repeatedly since with no action taken bar site visits. Last week an elderly disabled gent stumbled in it falling very nearly ending in the road. All parties are lucky he’s of the generation that don’t make a claim. This is the latest of a series of events with delivery couriers getting stuck in it and making the problem worse throwing mud into the road and drives.
