Blocked drain

The drain has been blocked for many months I have just had an email telling me it has been cleared in March 21 , when I passed it today it clearly is still blocked . I can only assume that you checked the wrong drain . it is on the kennington rd just past the bus stop to the college and opposite a track leading to fields . The drain is on the same side as the college please can you recheck as it is full of silt and when we have a down pour it floods the whole side of the road causing problems for drivers and pedestrians . the problem has gone on since last year Many thanks M Holloway
