Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This is a recurring issue, the manhole at the junction of butterwyke place and speedwell street has needed 3 repairs in the last 5 years, main issue is Bus traffic causes manhole surround to subside, resulting in the manhole cover rattling in its frame every time a vehicle passes over it, causing constant noise disturbance.
