Ownership of overgrown tree needs to be known

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

A large silver birch tree on land adjacent to mine & my neighbours property is overgrown & branches are hitting our houses. We need to know if the tree belongs to OCC or not. SODC have been contacted & they have said its not theirs. Its on common access land to the row of houses opposite the school. As far as we know it does not have a TP order on it & its outside of the conservation area. The tree needs pruning asap before it does any damage or worse fall into the road.
