Outside 29 Woodley Green the street sign has been pushed back dislodging the footpath causing trip hazard. It appears that a vehicle has reversed into it.

Trip hazard due to the Woodley Green street sign being partially dislodged causing the footpath slabs to dislodge and rise causing a trip hazard. The sign is also unsightly due to being rust encompassed.
