Street Light Shield Needed for Glare into house

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a street light outside Leafield Care Home. The light is very bright and shines directly into the bedrooms of the adjacent houses.

Would it be possible to add a small reflector shield to direct the light away from the upstairs windows of the surrounding houses and more so towards the road and footpath?
