  • Ref:00385787 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system for repair, our contractors will aim to have this repaired within 7 working days. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local DNO operator to attend.

  • Hi, I wanted to check if this fault was still due to be attended to, as it was reported nearly 7 weeks ago. Not sure if it helps but the faulty street light isn't immediately obvious/visible as it's partly surrounded by overgrown trees.

    Thanks
