Unable to access drive due to 'dip' between pavement and road

Reported via desktop anonymously at 22:31, Tuesday 6 April 2021

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

We have recently moved in to 24 St Margaret's Road. We are unfortunately unable to access the drive to park our car or any visitors cars, as there is a large 'dip' between the edge of the pavement and the road, which results in scraping of the underside of the car on the road on reversal out of the drive. We have tried several different approaches but it is not possible with most cars. Please could you advise if this is something that the council can fix? Alternatively, a white line could be painted in front of our house so that we and our visitors could park across the drive instead of on it? Many thanks.
