Very small children playing, unsupervised, in busy road

Reported via mobile anonymously at 18:33, Sunday 4 April 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

There are children as young as 4 or 5 playing and often sitting in the middle of Albert Beckhelling drive. Cars often come round here at quite a speed and it's only a matter of time until someone is seriously injured, or worse. Just yesterday I witnessed a car slam on it's breaks to avoid hitting a child. No parents in sight. This has been happening on a daily basis during half term.
