Driveway attached to road left with no signage overnight causing damage to my car

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Drove off b4100 one the Bainton Road late one evening there is what looks like a driveway being attached to highway by builders with no warning or cones, surely an approved council would need to do this work and be licensed to avoid being left like this with traffic and cars driving down during the night??? damaged my wheel falling in this last night?? is this a neglected council issue or builders??

This report is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council as this is an extension of an existing driveway, any warning or traffic management would have to be supplied by the home owner and any issues/damages caused will need to be raised with them directly. we can confirm this has now been completed in full and here is no longer an issue. regards
