These trees sit behind 54 Broadwaters Avenue. Just after the turning for vandemans road there’s a car park to your immediate left. They often block access causing me to cut it back myself but the main problem is the height. Also the vegetation the other side of the gate is used as a dumping ground. Could this look to be landscaped aswell please? Thank you

We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is maintainable by the Local Town Council and not by the County Council. We endeavour to transfer this enquiry to them; however, you may also wish to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.
Many Thanks for your enquiry.
