Footpath dangerously overgrown & breaking up

Reported via desktop in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 12:23, Wednesday 24 March 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This footpath has been neglected for years now and is not only badly overgrown but the tarmac is breaking up, making it unsafe at any time but especially when it's wet. It's not wide enough to safely push prams and pushchairs along, or for couples to walk side by side. Many walkers and runners use this footpath, both military and civilian, (including of course Minster Road's residents) and the footpath now needs urgent attention.
