The drainpipe runs under the rear of the Dorchester Public Car Park which was provided and maintained by South Oxfordshire District Council. The outlet of the pipe exits into a stone built structure adjacent to an underpass/flood surge bypass under the River Thame rod bridge. The photo is taken from above the collapsed drain outlet from the footpath on the bridge.
