  • On 1 February I reported a non-working street light opposite No. 8 Margaret Road, Headington. On 1 March I received a notification from FixMtyStreet asking if it had been fixed to which I answered no. It is now 21 March and the street light still isn't working.

  • Ref:00385297 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system for repair, our contractors will aim to have this repaired within 7 working days. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local DNO operator to attend.
