Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The miniroundabout in Bicester where the Banbury Road meets Field Street/Buckingham Road is dangerous at busy times.
Traffic entering the roundabout from Field St and heading to the Buckingham Road often forget that it is a roundabout and pass straight through without waiting for traffic that has already entered the roundabout from the Banbury Road.
There have been a few close calls here and also I've observed 3 accidents over the past 2 years.
The Field St and Banbury Rd entrances to the roundabout are too close together and it is a tiny roundabout for the volume of traffic at peak times.
It either needs traffic lights or a redesign/different road markings to ensure that people treat it as a roundabout.
