Updates

  • Thank you for your report, to enable us to log the fault to the correct unit can you please advise using the attached map the street light number you are referring to. If the unit is not on the map this would not be owned/maintained by Oxfordshire County Council and would need to be reported to the developer/landowner direct. Unfortunately we do not keep records of private lights.

  • Thisis a street light and is part of the street lights on the public highway. It is NOT a private light. I am working away from home right now but it is the light beside Spelsbury Villas and I will only be back when it is dark tonight and leave when irt is dark in the morning. There is only one street light by the entrance to the development at Spelsbury Villas.

  • This is Street light #4. Please confirm it is due to be fixed. In the interim I have been burgled which is probably due to an opportunistic thief. Grateful for the fix.

  • Long time waiting for street light to be fixed and in the meantime had a burglary. #4 is the number of the light. Please give an indication of when your team can get to it?

  • Street lighting not working g for over ONE year. No comment from Oxfordshire County Council - and no attempt to resolve this issue in over a year. Please attend to this.

  • Please get this matter resolved. It has been over one year since reported. No communication from OCC - and this is really poor service. Please revert with an answer as to when the light will be fixed.
