Hi, thanks for your report. Is it possible for you to tell us the closest property to this lamp, and if it has a number painted on it? Otherwise we can't identify and can't report to our contractor SSE lighting. Thanks very much for your help,

Hi and thanks for replying so quickly. The only number I can see on the lamp is a 4. It is outside of number 20. I made another report as a different lamp is flickering and not always working. Tonight is is also off completely and is outside of number 26. Many thanks, Tomi

Thanks for your further report, I have identified which lights they are according to our list and have forwarded the fault report to our contractor SSE Lighting. Simple faults are usually fixed within a matter of days (sometimes taking a bit longer at the moment due to coronavirus) but more complex repairs (such as faults with the mains supply) can take up to a month (according to the contract).
