The videos show that there is water rising out of the ground from an embankment to the left of the carpark but also seems to be rising from the carpark itself. The colour of the water is brown and has algae growing in it. You can see the water is running at speed. My drain is taking the water away as fast as it can but the carpark is not clearing. It has now caused substantial damage within the building as the water has found its way under our party hut and destroyed all the carpets - the concrete flooring is registering 99 on a meter. It’s been flooding for months and we could not understand what was happening but now you can see channels in the pools where it’s finding it’s path.
