Mud and debris on Lester Way, Wallingford

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Building work at the Western end has resulted in the whole road being covered in mud and debris. They clearly don't have operating vehicle washing facilities, normally a condition of planning permission.

This is impacting local business and residents.
