Broken man hole cover

Reported via desktop in the Manhole category by Katie Fanstone at 11:09, Wednesday 3 March 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Location: Croft Path, Slade End, outside Honeysuckle Cottage, post code OX10 0RQ. Triangle Cottage which is next to a dirt track. If you drive down this track they will see a blue Ford Fusion parked. The path is by my car. The steel lid cover frame has come away from its concrete support leaving the hole being exposed. I have temporally moved the frame back into position, however feel it will soon drop back out. We will tape and cone the area to stop pedestrians stepping onto the cover. Thames Water have been made aware, the manhole has no Thames Water logo on the lid. We have out up tape and cones on the lane so you can see the damaged man hole
