Street light not on.

With this street light not coming on it is pitch black outside rendering the path dangerous when my carers call to prepare meal & settle me down for night. I live along a farmers side in Overmead. The lamp is I believe No 8 outside no. 32!

We've had Are car's damage in the past So I got CCTV in stored, Now we can't see our cars because of the Bush is so high, we have lived here 18 years At the start The Bush used be kept at headlight height As you can see they are getting out of hand When or if they cut them All they do is cut a few leaves off That is not good enough, All of the bushes need cutting right back on Pudsey close There is a lot of blind spots when driving in-and-out, and all the trees Need cotton right back They are getting out of control out side 1 overmead I have reported this once already And nothing's been done😡 Thanks
