Large Branches dropping

Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 14:45, Tuesday 2 March 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I latterly realised I had dropped the pin in the incorrect place on our last report..

There are two very large trees on white lane that have overhanging branches on our garden. During winter several very large branches have dropped and pose a risk.

  • Thank you for your report. I have been to the location and assessed the beech trees. I have spoken with our Highway Records team while on site and it has been determined that the trees form the natural boundary feature to the public highway and are the responsibility of the adjacent land owner and not the highway authority, Oxfordshire County Council.

    State changed to: Investigation complete
