Street light no 7 not working Westland Road, Faringdon

This street light has not been working since Wales & West Utilities excavated at the base, as part of their gas main renewal, and exposed the supply cable

  • Ref:00384035 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system for repair, our contractors will aim to have this repaired within 7 working days. If it is found to be a supply fault this will be passed to the local DNO operator to attend.

  • This was reported 2nd March 2021. Operatives attended within a couple of days and tested the lamp standard top and bottom, then left. They probably found that the electricity supply had been interrupted a suspected in the original report. The lamp post carries a label that the fault has been referred to the electricity supply company. Please be aware that this street light is STILL out of order
