Damaged grass verge

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Re: 18/00731/FUL 2 Downside Road Oxford OX3 8HP The development is complete with minor snags still being worked on, and the property is for sale. The Parish Council was pleased to see the builders repaired the considerable damage to the footpath. However, the grass verges along the property in Downside Rd, right up to the junction with Kiln Lane, have been damaged by works vehicles. They need some topsoil, levelling and grass seed. I have spoken to the owner. Please can the repairs to the verges be enforced to ensure the environment is restored to good condition, following the building works? Thank you
