There are two very large trees on white lane that have overhanging branches on our garden. During winter several very large branches have dropped and pose a risk.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. The location has been assessed. Upon inspection no trees in the ownership or management of Oxfordshire County Council in our capacity as local highway authority were found at this location. In this instance we advise to contact land registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the trees are growing and therefore have responsibility of the trees.
