Crash barrier damaged last night, in loose dangerous condition

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Crash barrier hit by car last night, extensively damaged and dangerous, traffic always going too fast through Castle Square and still driving on pavement outside my house number 14 Castle Square due to parked cars causing a dangerous obstruction. I have requested pavement bollards but have not received a reply. This is getting more dangerous by the day
