Updates

  • Ref:00383830 Thank you for your report, this has been logged on our management system for repair, our contractors will aim to have this repaired within 7 working days. We have asked for the rear of the lantern to be shielded, any further issues please feel free to update/contact

    State changed to: Action scheduled

  • It is the right side of the lantern as you stand on the public footpath looking up at the lens, that needs shielding, not the rear. This is causing a disturbance to the property on Thornley close NOT willowbrook.

    Thank you
