Traffic lights in place stuck on red.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 15 hours, 20 minutes later

All of the temporary traffic lights that have been on Warwick road (outside of peoples place, the three pigeons etc.) are stuck on red. As you can imagine it’s causing a bit of chaos. People turning around in the middle of the road, people speeding through.
