Estate footpath blocked where right of access in given. New information

Please see attached images. New information obtained from the Charges Register on the estate The scanned image clearly shows estate footpaths marked out. To the bottom RH you will see property H95, to the north clearly showing drawn footpath, whilst this should be grass this is a footpath and constitutes as a right of way. From the photographs attached you will clearly see this right of way is unattainable. Previous complaints have proved fruitless as it was constituted as a service strip. This is not the case, and as such I would like the vegetation completely removed. You will also a very tall tree in one of the photos, this is getting to a dangerous height, pertaining to a health and safety issue and needs dealing with.
