Significant hedge cutting debris all over the road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Someone has recently cut the hedgerow on both sides of the road and not collected the debris. There are branches all over the road and its an accident waiting to happen. I've driven the road this morning and often cycle it, but it would be impossible to cycle with the road covered in hedge debris!
