Wet matted leaves covering pavement

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

One third to one half of the width of the pavement between the Early Road junction and the Kings School is unusable because it is covered with wet and slippery leaves. See on photo the small area I cleared, to where the edging of the pavement is - this is how wide the pavement should be.Currently there is not room for 2 people to walk abreast. It has been like this, only getting worse, since the autumn of 2020. Happens every year, until we complain!
