In this small close there is a grass area which has been churned up by vans and cars from a property opposite my house..this now looks very unpleasant..the public that use the footpath will have to now walk on this grass and mud as there is a car that parks on the path and grass .in all the years I have been here I have never seen it like this ..please can you help resolve this ..thank you for your time ..
