There are two warning signs which have corroded and fallen over. One warns of crossing pedestrians (a footpath crosses this busy road just ahead) and one is the three line marker for the roundabout.

Thank you for your enquiry. The installation of new bollards within the footway is something that needs careful consideration for all users and the necessary funding being secured for such work. As we note the location is within the High Street it would, in the first instance, be worthwhile talking to the Town Council as they may have a view on the relative priority for any works here, any effect this may have on the annual street fair and also means to secure any funding (and preferred design) if this project were to be progressed.
