Parking and ruining the grass Verge

Reported via mobile anonymously at 10:47, Wed 17 February 2021

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Parking on the grass Verge is ripping up all the grass and making the roads and paths muddy. It also makes it very hard when people double park to enter and exit the driveway. We have refilled these huge muddy holes in several times and they keep being driven over. Its been a problem for over 3 months.

  • Please can we put something in place to stop a neighbour parking on our road as it’s obstructing us when exiting and entering our road, OX44 7QT, it obstructs our view and the muddy mess of the grass verge and road has become slippery. We put up a no parking sign and a street cone was placed there, but both ignored. A polite note was placed on his car, but this was also ignored. The car in question, frequently parks here, 3-4 times a week and they have their own driveway round the corner, which makes this situation even more frustrating. Please help as this neighbour doesn’t even live on our road.
