Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Two manholes on the A415 approach to junction with Drayton Road. Sinking below road surface. Drivers seek to avoid and it is causing near misses as the A415 becomes wide enough for two lanes of traffic (getting in lane for mini roundabouts). I think an accident could happen here because of this.
